Online Premiere Project Downgrader

Premiee Pro has the unfortunate issue of not being able to open Projects in previous versions, or save to previous versions. Josh Cluderay has released this online tool to reset the version number of your project file. It is a hack, and so it might have issues with plugins and the text tool for sure, but it is a quick hack that might work.
