ProVideo Coalition on how to make YouTube Video Chapters from Premiere

Jeff Greenberg at ProVideoCoalition has an article on how to export Premeire Pro chapter markers and use them for YouTube Video chapters.

Boy this would be easier if videos could hold markers like Quicktime movies. At least there is a way to do it.
