I wanted to do keyframes on tracks in DaVinci for a short film, and couldn’t figure it out, but this allowed me to do basically what I wanted with automation. Keyframes would have been easier and better, but this certainly works.
I plan on delving more into JayAreTV’s videos and you should too.
