Apple has released New iPad’s

Apple has updated it's iPad to the iPad air and the iPad Mini to Retina display, keeping the prices and adding 128GB models for both. No fingerprint identifcation, but both look amazing, especially the Air weighing only 1 LB! That is .4 of a pound lighter than my iPad 3, which is admittedly too heavy! I would so love an AIR!

iPad Mini in person

I have now been in Apple stores twice and checked out the iPad mini and must say it is just about perfect. The perfect size and weight. My iPad 3 gets heavy to hold, and I think the iPad mini would be just right to hold for extended periods of time. it is so light and feels pretty well constructed.I still think the price is way too high though. $250 would be a perfect starting place, and even $299 would just deel better than the extra $30.

iPad Mini

Apple has announced the iPad mini started at $329 for 16GB Wifi and up to $659 for 4G Celular with 64 GB. A smaller upgraded iPad 2 (same pixel density display). 7.9 Inch display versus 9.7 for full iPad, but thinner and lighter.Pretty cool, but overpriced I think. Still bet it will sell very well.ArsTechnica has an excellent hands on.

Big day for Apple, 13″ MacBookPro, New Mac Mini, new iMac with better NVIDIA graphics card, iPad 4 and iPad Mini

So Apple is busy making announcements, but they have a new 13" MacBook Pro (Sans NVDIA graphics card), a new thinner iMac with a better NVIDIA 660m graphics cards (Hurray CUDA) and improved Mac Mini, the new iPad 4 (or iPad with Retina Display which is faster, with lightning connector for same price after only 6 months) and the overpriced iPad mini starting at $329 for WIFI 16GB.
