At NAB Blackmagic Design added vertical shooting to it’s Pocket Cinema Cameras

I haven’t updated my camera yet, but I will. I hope to never shoot vertical, but who knows!

Personally I want a DJI RS 2, thought I do like the dual handle design of the 2 Zhiyun models, as the camera is way too heavy for one handed operations.

BlackMagic updates their cameras to 1.8 and releases DaVinci Resolve 11 Beta

And DaVinci Resolve 11 Beta has been released with more editing features.

I would love one, though since I have all Canon EF and EF-S lenses this camera is pretty useless to me even at under $1000. I would do better with the 4K or normal Blackmagic camera.

John Brawley has an excellent hands on with the new Blackmagic Pocket Camera. And info on the 4K. Sounds like an impressive little camera, though with a little rolling shutter issues, that the 4K should fix.
Amazing that Blackmagic has become such an impressive camera company in such a short period of time! And $1000 plus lenses is a steal for a 1080 camera!
