Adobe Premiere Pro CC Update (7.2.1)

Adobe has released an update to the December 2013 Premiere Pro CC release.

– Intermittent Buzzing could occur on audio playback where audio transitions were present
– Reveal in project sometimes did not work in imported sequence when clips were present in the project
– Premiere Pro could occasionally crash on playback of certain multi cam assets
– Using matte cleanup tools in Ultra keyer could sometimes cause the top half of the image to disappear when paused in Open CL mode
– Autosave could sometimes interrupt playback.
– The AMD Radeon R9 290 Series has been added to the OpenCL supported card list
– Inserting a merged clip with in/out points via menu or command would insert the entire merged clip, not the in/out range
– Playing with preroll could sometime crash Premiere Pro
– When editing in Anywhere mode, adding synthetics would sometimes show a 10 digit number under the progress panel’s Name column

iOS 7 Mavericks and Bookmarks!

I just had to get my iPad 3 replaced as the home button was broken, and not only did I lose Gmail Push (as it has been discontinued except for Apps and there is no way to upgrade a normal GMAIL account to apps), but I have also lost all my bookmarks on my iPad as they no longer allow direct syncing from iTunes, you can only get bookmarks from iCloud.

That would be fine if iCloud bookmark syncing worked, especially with LastPass, which I use to sync my Chrome and Firefox bookmarks with Safarl. The problem is that ages ago my iCloud bookmarks became corrupted, and I could never get them to work right again, and now they seem to be empty. As even with iCloud bookmark sync on, I get no bookmarks on my iPad whatsoever! THIS REALLY SUCKS!!

If only apple would allow you to have basic controls over iCloud, like overwrite iCloud with this computers bookmarks (like they used to have), but now it is so dumbed down that my bookmarks are screwed up and I can’t fix them, and I can’t just sync my bookmarks with iTunes like I always did previously!

APPLE YOU HAVE REALLY FUCKED THIS UP! I don’t want to have to go into the Apple Store to try and fix this either, but it might be the only method since there is no phone support. I just want my Bookmarks reset on iCloud. Why can’t I do this?

Apple is selling the new Mac Pro, though it doesn’t ship till February!

Yes you can finally order the new Mac Pro from Apple, but it doesn’t ship till February, which makes it really not available this year as promised. And it looks like Mac rumors was right on the pricing of the upgrades.

Annoying that even a mouse and keyboard are extra and it doesn’t even come with a thunderbolt cable! And with the 6 Core, 32 GB of memory, 1 TB of storage and the Dual AMD FirePro D700’s with 6GB of VRAM we are looking at $5799. Not a cheap system at all.
